Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ten Taxi ("Ten Taxi", "we", "us") handles information submitted through this website. This is a general information website and does not include user accounts, a backend database, or online payments.

When you use the booking or enquiry form on this website, you may voluntarily provide information such as your name, mobile number, pickup and drop locations, travel dates and times, passenger count, vehicle preference and any additional requirements you choose to share.

The information you enter into the booking form is used only to generate a message that is sent to Ten Taxi's WhatsApp number, or shared with us directly if you contact us by phone or email. This website does not store your submitted booking details in a database on our servers; the details you enter are formatted into a message and handed off to WhatsApp in your own browser or device.

Once your enquiry reaches Ten Taxi via WhatsApp, phone or email, it is used only to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability, and coordinate your booking.

This website uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your cookie consent choice. See our Cookie Policy for details. If analytics or advertising tools are added to this website in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Submitting the booking form redirects you to WhatsApp, a third-party messaging service operated by WhatsApp LLC/Meta Platforms. Any information you send through WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms of service, which Ten Taxi does not control.

You are not required to use the booking form to contact Ten Taxi; you may reach us directly by phone or email instead. You can decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner shown when you first visit this website.
